What better way to get close and intimate with your main squeeze than by learning to prepare a simple yet sumptuous four (4) course menu hand in hand, side by side. Join award winning chef, Sebastian Lisz, formerly of the Creperie (Edmonton), Kilmorey Lodge (Waterton Lakes) and Hennessy Dining Lounge (Vancouver), as he takes you on a romantic culinary journey through France and Italy.
Taste:
The tantalizing menu will get your love energy flowing as you playfully feed each other the delicious dishes that you have created together. From the 'suggestive' Warm Wild Mushroom and Asparagus Salad, to the luxurious Truffle and Butternut Risotto, and the silky Coq au Vin (slow braised chicken in red wine), finishing with a sinful Bananas Flambé, preparing these dishes "hands on", will surely make you not want to take your "hands off" each other.
Sip:
The 'edutainment' experience continues as Satesh Narine (Crestwood Fine Wines and Spirits) and Kathleen O'Connor (Gnoble Wines) entice your palettes and your senses to the vineyards of Argentina and Australia. Explore the perfect pairing with each course of the evening and, at the same time, lose your inhibitions just as the god of wine, Dionysus, intended.

What's Valentine's without chocolate? Let Kerstin's Chocolates stimulate your endorphins with a selection of her signature handmade Chocophilia gourmet chocolates. Learn about chocolate and the magical things it does to us.
Groove:
Now that you are totally in the mood, lose yourself to the music and dance the night away. On Friday and Saturday,the Dave Babcock and his Jump Orchestra will bring the evening to its peak. On Sunday, the Consonance will definitely get your groove on. Enjoy while they both take you on a journey of smooth and silky jazz rhythms.

You are in good hands with BranchLab. We don't expect you to find your own way home after such a wonderful evening. Complimentary limousine service courtesy of Champagne Limos will get you home safe as you can continue your night of romance.
